At Gift Kart Nepal, we work hard to deliver quality products and ensure every gift brings joy. Since many of our products are customized, personalized, or perishable, our return policy has special conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. General Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:
Personalized products (e.g., custom wallets, keychains, printed gifts)
Perishable items (e.g., cakes, flowers, chocolates, dry fruits)
Gift boxes/combos that have already been opened or used
Returns are only accepted if:
The wrong product was delivered
The product arrived damaged or defective
An item is missing from your order
2. Time Frame for Reporting Issues
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
To report a problem, please contact us via phone, email, or social media with:
Order number
Clear photo/video proof of the product received
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible.
Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.
Refunds may take 3β7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Replacements
If the product is available, we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible.
For out-of-stock items, customers can choose between a refund or store credit for their next purchase.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.
Once the product has been shipped or customized, cancellations are not allowed.
