1. General Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Personalized products (e.g., custom wallets, keychains, printed gifts)

    • Perishable items (e.g., cakes, flowers, chocolates, dry fruits)

    • Gift boxes/combos that have already been opened or used

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The product arrived damaged or defective

    • An item is missing from your order

2. Time Frame for Reporting Issues

  • Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To report a problem, please contact us via phone, email, or social media with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photo/video proof of the product received

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Replacements

  • If the product is available, we will send a free replacement as quickly as possible.

  • For out-of-stock items, customers can choose between a refund or store credit for their next purchase.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipping.

  • Once the product has been shipped or customized, cancellations are not allowed.
