• Gift Kart Nepal is an online gift shop providing gift boxes, combos, personalized products, and delivery services across Nepal.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official website, social media channels, or verified contact numbers.

• Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, digital wallets (e.g., eSewa, Khalti), or other approved gateways.

• Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation (except COD orders).

• Prices listed on our website are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• We provide nationwide home delivery across Nepal.

• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and external factors (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).

• Same-day or next-day delivery is available for select products within the Kathmandu Valley.

• For deliveries outside the valley, estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products, refunds or returns are generally not accepted.

• In case of wrong, defective, or damaged items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed only after proper verification.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Product Customization

• For personalized gifts (e.g., wallets, keychains, printed items), customers must provide accurate spellings, images, or messages.

• Gift Kart Nepal is not responsible for errors in customization due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, road closures, technical failures, etc.).

• Once the product has been delivered to the recipient or authorized person, Gift Kart Nepal will not be held responsible for loss or damage.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer information (name, address, contact number, email) will only be used for order processing and delivery.

• We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

• The laws of Nepal govern these Terms & Conditions.

• Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
