By using the Gift Kart website, you agree to our terms of business including delivery timelines and payment processing.

Custom Orders

Personalized products cannot be refunded once production has begun unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Delivery Liability

We use trusted partners but are not liable for external delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc).

01Ordering & Personalization

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Personalized items (engraving, printing, etc.) take additional processing time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, photos, and messages provided. We are not responsible for errors in information submitted by the customer.

02Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in NPR (Nepalese Rupee) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payments can be made via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS, or Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or technical errors.

Product Variations

Since many of our products are handcrafted or custom-made, minor variations in color, texture, and font may occur. Images on the website are for representation purposes only.

03Cancellations

Orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Non-personalized orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.
